Emergency help
Being impersonated right now? Here's exactly what I do.
You don't need to figure out reporting procedures while your customers are being scammed in your name. Send it to the desk and let someone calm run the process.
What a rescue includes
- Evidence collection and preservation. Screenshots, email headers, WHOIS records, all captured and timestamped before the fake disappears. Evidence first, always.
- Mapping the whole fake operation. It's rarely just one thing. I check for the paired pieces: the site, the email address, social profiles, even paid ads running in your name.
- The right report to the right team. Every platform has multiple reporting doors, and the wrong one gets you an auto-rejection. I file with the correct abuse team, citing the correct violation categories, with the evidence attached the way they need it.
- Escalation and follow-up until removal. Filing is the start, not the end. I chase it.
- A plain-English summary. What happened, what I filed, where, what came down, and what to watch for next. No jargon, no mystery.
Emergency rescue: $297 intro price
One fake operation, handled start to finish. If your situation is bigger... multiple fakes, an ongoing campaign... I'll quote it straight before we start. No surprises.
What I can't do (honesty desk)
- I can't recover money already sent to scammers. Nobody legitimate can promise that.
- I can't sue anyone. I'm not a lawyer, and most of these cases don't need one.
- I can't control a platform's timeline. My own case took 28 minutes; some take days of follow-up.
What I can promise: the right reports, filed correctly, with evidence, and relentless follow-up until there's an answer.
